THE WYLD is brimming with passion, greed and ambition as four intertwined families fight for power in the South African veldt. Stunning vistas compete with modern luxury as two outsiders – long lost cousins – fight to keep their grandfather’s fabled inn and nature reserve from becoming another playground for the rich and ruthless. We are pulled into the story by our two very different female protagonists: one Black and the other White, one a Wall Street lawyer, and the other a tree- hugging Toronto born veterinarian. Their personal stories are at the centre of this drama and will be played out against contemporary issues.
